This week we learned that if a graph has two trend lines, and those trend lines intersect, that means the two objects were in the same position at the same time. We learned this by doing the homework sheet and going over it in class. Now we know what it means when this happens.
We also learned about functions. Functions are important because they can show the velocity(speed) on a graph. We learned this by doing examples in class and homework sheets. Now we can figure out the velocity with a function. When you write out the function it looks like this:
x(t)=2(m/s)*t t stands for time, and m stands for measurement. (like inches) You can replace x with a number that makes sense for your problem/situation.
