One thing we learned this week was that pulling forces between two objects are equal. We learned that when one object pulls, the other object exerts the same amount of force back on the object. if the two objects are not equal in mass, the less massive one accelerates faster. Even thought an equal force is exerted on both objects, the less massive one wil always accelerate faster.
(I was not at school Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, so this is all I learned!!)
